Notes: This is possibly Julien Bryan's first attempt at color film; possibly shot on early Kodachrome, and therefore no elements in existence (the early stock that faded and deteriorated badly, before it was modified into hardier Kodachrome stock). Julien Bryan's illustrated lectures were prefaced by a ten-minute introductory talk. Then the motion pictures were shown while the lecture continued in the form of running commentary and explanation, followed by a question period. The theater lectures were presented in lecture halls and universities (e.g. university campuses, town halls, film societies, Carnegie Hall, the White House). Prints used for the lectures were printed on 35mm safety stock.
